Theo runs TensorCode as a product and a business: the roadmap, the releases, the documentation and pricing, and the path from open-source users to teams that deploy it.
He writes the changelog himself, and he will rewrite an error message five times until it tells you what to do next. When a feature request arrives, his first question is who will maintain it.
He works with engineering, Developer Relations and Customer Success on every release, then watches installs, activation and retention to see whether it helped.

Theo is quiet, playful and obsessed with the product. He uses an anime avatar everywhere, answers in bullet points and usually saves one joke for the end. He says no to features by asking who is going to maintain them.
